Home Gym Essentials
Going to the gym once or twice a week works great for a lot of people. But what if your house is far from the gym, or you just don’t feel like going outside your house?
A home gym is a fun way to make sure you exercise regularly.
But what do you need when you first want to start working out at home?
In this blog post, I have listed some easy-to-use and cheaper gym equipment for people who are just starting to work out from home.
First up is the AUVIM Resistance Bands Set Fitness Bands.
The AUVIM Resistance Bands come in three different levels of resistance.
They are a great way to start working out without emptying your pocket completely. They can be used in a lot of different ways, such as training, stretching, calisthenics, cross fitness, Pilates, and yoga.
You can get them for 15.99 USD on Amazon.
Check out these YouTube videos if you need inspiration for what you can do with resistance bands:

The next one is the EliteAthlete Exercise Ball
This option is another easy-to-use and not-too-expensive purchase: an exercise ball.
An exercise ball is a good way to warm up and stretch your muscles to prevent injuries before a workout. It helps with balance and is honestly just a really fun thing to incorporate into your workout routine.
Working out has to be a little fun too, and with an exercise ball, it can be.
You can buy the exercise ball i am talking about on amazon for 24.90 USD.
Again, I have listed a few ideas for a workout with an exercise ball below:

Indoor Cycling Bike
I also chose to put an indoor fitness bike on the list of home gym essentials because I believe that no matter your fitness level, you can really benefit from it. From highly trained and experienced athletes to older people, everyone can find value in using a fitness bike. My grandmother is 85 years old, and she got herself a fitness bike, and she loves it.
You can easily adjust the bike to fit your needs. It doesn’t have to be the toughest workout each time, but just choosing to work out is a really good starting point.
When bicycling you:
Improve your cardiovascular health
Burns calories
Strengthens lower body muscles
Enhances endurance and stamina
Supports healthy metabolism
The Amazon bestseller, YOSUDA Indoor Cycling Bike, which costs $199.99, is a great option for a fitness bike.
